For Rebecca, sharing yoga, as well as movement, feels more like a necessity than a choice.

The benefits of yoga have helped change how Rebecca interacts and views the world, her relationships, and enjoy life more fully.

Rebecca holds yoga certifications through Yoga Alliance certified schools, and has studied with world renouned teachers such as yoga master Sri Dharma Mittra and the legendary original Power Yogi, Bryan Kest.

When not on her mat, Rebecca's favorite place to be is among her menagerie of rescue dogs, cats, and her six pet snakes.
